With your surgeon's go-ahead
We do not decide when massage is right for you. Your surgeon does.
Ask your surgeon before you book. If they say massage is fine, tell us when you book and bring their note if you have one. We keep to light, slow strokes, stay away from the area you name, and stop whenever you ask.

Before you book
Ask in plain words whether massage is fine for you now, and from what date.
Say that you have had surgery and which area to stay away from. The booking page's intake asks only what we need.
It is not required, but it lets us plan the session with your surgeon's words in front of us.
In the session
Slow and gentle, from the first minute to the last.
We do not work on it unless you ask and your surgeon has agreed.
Pause, change position or end the session, at any time.
Every session is with the same therapist.

That is a question for your surgeon. We book the day they say it is fine.
No, but it helps. Without one, tell us what your surgeon said and we write it into your intake.
Only if you ask and your surgeon has agreed. Otherwise we work elsewhere, or keep to the lightest strokes nearby.
Tuesday to Friday, until eight.
