Owner and licensed massage therapist
- Massage therapist license · AL Lic. 000000
Trained in manual lymphatic drainage. Sessions are slow and quiet. She speaks English and Korean.
The session
Lymphatic massage is one of the lightest kinds of touch, and the pressure stays gentle from start to finish.
Your therapist moves the flat of the hand over the skin in slow, even strokes, one part of the body at a time. It does not aim at a result, and it is not a deep-tissue session. You can talk, or rest and say nothing.
30 to 90 minutes
Covered by a sheet or towel the whole time
Appointments until 8 in the evening

A session, step by step
We ask about pressure and any area to avoid, and tell you how you will be covered.
We step out while you get on the table and under the sheet.
Slow, light and in a set order. One part of the body is uncovered at a time, then covered again.
A few minutes to rest. We leave the room while you get up and dressed.
A sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered.
If it ever feels like too much or too little, say so and we change it.
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time. We stop right away.
A gentle session suits most people. These four should check first.
What to wear and bring
Undress only as far as you like; we work around whatever you keep on.
Time to settle and to ask your questions before the session starts.
There is a glass waiting, and no need to rush out.
Every session is with the same therapist.

Very little. Strokes are light, so we use a small amount of lotion or none. Tell us about any scent or ingredient you avoid when you book.
The intake on the booking page asks what we need to plan your session. Please keep medical details out of messages and emails.
It varies. Many clients feel rested and take the rest of the evening slowly. Results vary, and we make no promise about them.
Tuesday to Friday, until eight.
