Our policies

You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on. Undress only as far as you are comfortable; whatever you keep on, we work around.

Before we start we ask about pressure and any area to avoid. The strokes are light by design, and you can ask for lighter or a little firmer at any time. You can pause, change position or end the session whenever you like, and we stop right away.

If you are pregnant, have had surgery recently or are under a doctor's care, ask your doctor first. After surgery, we wait for your surgeon's go-ahead. If you are unwell on the day, tell us and we move your visit.

Choose a length and an evening on the booking page. A deposit holds a long session or a standing evening and goes toward your session. You see the amount before you confirm.

Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel a visit. If you are running late, the session is shortened so it ends on time. If you are unwell, we move your visit without question.

If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive, the visit counts as missed and any deposit is kept. We would rather hear from you, so call or text and we find another evening.

Massage is for adults. A friend or family member may wait in the front room, and a child may not wait there alone.

We use very little lotion, and it is unscented unless you ask for a scent. We can tell you every ingredient we use. Tell us about a nut or fragrance allergy when you book.

If a session was not right, tell us within a week and we will look at it together.

Tipping is optional and always appreciated. You can add it when you pay.
